Transform your path to recovery with our top-tier Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Los Angeles
If you or a loved one is struggling with severe mental health and/or substance use challenges where you need more targeted and intensive support than weekly outpatient therapy can offer, then Skyline Recovery’s partial hospitalization program (PHP) can be the right fit for you.
Our PHP for mental health and substance use offers intensive services during the day for up to 8 hours, which means you will also have the opportunity to practice the tools and skills you learned in the outside world, honing them with support from our team.
Our team of psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, and other mental health specialists work together to create a safe environment and use evidence-based care options to meet you wherever you are in your recovery.
Against the backdrop of the vibrant Los Angeles, Skyline Recovery Center is where we provide what truly matters – your healing from substance use and mental health struggles.
However, we believe that recovery cannot be a one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach. You are unique, and your recovery must be unique as well. We believe that your care must be relevant to you so that your recovery can be lifelong.

Our PHPs are designed to treat substance use disorders, mental health disorders, or a dual diagnosis of both.
A PHP is the most intensive level of outpatient care that provides care and structure while still allowing you to return home or sober living home after your scheduled hours of treatment. Skyline’s PHPs are condition-specific and personalized to your needs and goals. Our PHPs run up to 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. This immersive care program allows you to focus on your recovery while also leaving the door open for you to maintain your daily routine.

As you begin the program:
Our PHP treatment programs run for up to 8 hours per day and 5 days per week. Each day begins with your morning check-in, where you engage in goal-setting for the day. You will engage in individual therapy, group therapy, and other activities. In the evening, you will touch base again to reflect on the day and prepare for the next day.
When the program ends: We will collaborate with you to reflect on your progress and to understand whether you are ready to leave the program. We will then engage in your aftercare planning to provide you with the support you need to maintain your recovery and independent living.
Skyline’s PHP offers a diverse range of treatment modalities to avoid a cookie-cutter approach to your care. Your story is unique, your recovery journey from here also needs to be unique. Our treatment modalities include (but are not limited to):
