Zeena Foteh, BA

Chief Executive Officer

Zeena Foteh is the Executive Director of Skyline Recovery Center in Los Angeles. With a bachelor’s degree in business and hospitality, she combines strong operational leadership with a deep commitment to client care. Having built Skyline from the ground up, Zeena brings personal insight into starting over and is passionate about helping clients develop coping skills, meaningful relationships, and lasting recovery.

Amber Stephan

Director of Operations

Amber Stephan brings 13 years of sobriety and personal recovery experience to her work in the treatment field. Her journey inspires her to help others rebuild confidence, self-esteem, and hope while recognizing their potential beyond addiction, diagnoses, or past struggles. Amber is committed to creating a supportive environment where individuals feel seen, valued, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

Sheldon Cohen, LMFT

Clinical Director

Sheldon Cohen is the Clinical Director of Skyline Recovery Center, with extensive experience in co-occurring disorders and addiction treatment across IOP, PHP, and residential care. He focuses on clinical leadership, program development, and mentoring therapists while fostering a strong clinical culture. He also maintains a private practice providing individual therapy.

Jason Liquet, SUDRC

Admissions and Operations Specialist

Jason Liquet is the Admissions Director at Skyline Recovery Center, helping individuals and families navigate the first steps toward treatment with professionalism, understanding, and care. With a background in behavioral health and client services, Jason is committed to making treatment accessible, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and respected.

Sean Kary, SUDRC

Operations Manager

Sean Kary is an Operations Manager at Skyline Recovery Center with over three years of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment. A San Fernando Valley native, Sean’s background in team sports shaped his commitment to teamwork and helping others. His personal experiences with addiction inspired him to pursue addiction studies and support individuals on their recovery journeys.

Abigail, CADC

Case Manager

Abigail Hamilton is a Case Manager at Skyline Recovery Center and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). She has experience across detox, residential, PHP, and IOP care, providing individualized case management and facilitating recovery-focused groups. Abigail helps clients overcome barriers related to treatment, employment, education, housing, and continued recovery while promoting independence and long-term stability.

Glenn Lim, AMFT

Primary Therapist

Glenn Lim holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently working toward licensure. Trained in EMDR, his approach integrates psychodynamic insight, Internal Family Systems, narrative frameworks, and trauma-informed practices. Glenn helps clients understand patterns shaped by past experiences while building emotional regulation, self-compassion, and greater choice in a safe, collaborative environment.

Natalie Burdick, ACSW

Primary Therapist

Natalia Burdick is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) at Skyline Recovery Center and a graduate of Alliant International University. Her approach integrates ACT, Jungian perspectives, parts work, and somatic practices. She is passionate about helping clients navigate trauma, addiction, and spiritual healing while honoring their cultural experiences, values, and personal journeys.
